The first step to letting with Marble is to register with us. Once you have registered we will be able to notify you of any suitable properties as soon as they become available.
After viewing a property and deciding you would like to go ahead, we will require one weeks rent as a holding deposit. This secures the home whilst we carry out the necessary referencing.
Upon the successful completion of the referencing, the one weeks rent holding deposit will be credited against the required property deposit and your Lettings Consultant will then be able to arrange moving in dates with you, subject to contract and full paperwork.
On the day of signing, the move in monies will be payable in cleared funds and will include a damage deposit (4-6 weeks deposit) as well as the first month’s rent.
You will also be given your tenant information pack which contains all the necessary information you may require during your tenancy including the contact details of your Lettings Consultant, how to report a repair and useful contact numbers.
